  Caminar Director of Case Management The Director of Case Management (DCM) is responsible for leadership of Caminar’s San Mateo regional case management programs (REACH, FSP, New Ventures, WRAP) as well as its supported housing services. The DCM is a member of the regional senior leadership team and is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and programs that will contribute to overall success. The DCM acts as a liaison with government agencies, the community and the public relative to funding, contracts and delivery of services. The DCM supervises staff both directly and indirectly through intermediary supervisors.
