I liked this article, as the author admits to being part of a “secret society” of people who like to avoid conflict. The majority of people I know are the same way, which can be pleasant, but in the workplace it can also lead to simmering tensions and diminished engagement. This article suggests some ways to address that, both as an individual contributor and as a leader.
