Marsha Pendergrass graduated from the Intensive Business program at NDNU and went on to get her Master’s degree and pursue a career in management consulting. In addition to running her own consulting business, Pendergrass Smith Consulting, she is also teaching Contemporary Professional Writing, Human Services Financial Management, and Grant Writing for us.
Marsha recently contributed to a free series of workshops in a capacity building series called, “Model Built on Faith.” She discussed the critical success areas of strategic planning, forging collaborative partnerships, organizational development and change management. In this announcement, she notes that “solid program design and evaluation are a key factor to attracting funders,” adding, “if your organization is struggling to find the funding you need to implement critical programming, start with program planning and evaluation.”
Sounds fascinating and we look forward to learning more. Thanks, Marsha!
